Guide to the Items/Services/Anything Price List
Site admin guide: How to build and update the spare parts and labor price list, and what customers see.
What the Price List Does
The price list brings together all the business's spare parts and labor in one table: image, item name, item price, labor price, total and notes. All prices are in shekels and include VAT, and the total is calculated automatically.
It has two modes: admin editing mode, for adding, changing, sorting and hiding rows, and customer view mode, showing only active items with search, images and card view on mobile.
What You Get with the Parts and Labor Price List
- One price list for parts and labor, with a calculated total for each item.
- Edit directly in the table - every change is saved immediately.
- An image for each item - from your computer, by drag and drop, or by taking a photo on your phone.
- Automatic image compression, so the price list loads quickly.
- Drag to reorder rows, and hide an item without deleting it.
- Customer view with search, and on mobile - a card for each item.
Two Modes: Edit and View
⚙Edit ModeAll rows, including hidden ones. Edit, add images, reorder, hide and delete.👁View ModeWhat the customer sees: active items only, with no editing option. The total is the item price plus the labor price. A row with the "Shown" toggle turned off remains in the price list but is not shown to customers.
