Blog Guide

How to create a blog, write posts with photos, organize them, share a public link, and invite another user to edit with you.

What the Blog Program Does

The blog brings together stories and photos by topic. Each topic is a blog — for example "Trip to Greece" or "Tour of a Factory in China". Within each blog, you write posts, and each post contains a story and photos. You can share the blog via a public link and invite another user to edit it with you.

The Blog Structure

📚BlogTitle, date, short story, and cover photo.
📝PostTitle, date, story, photos, and category.
🖼PhotoName and short description. Up to 200KB after cropping.
🏷CategoryBelongs to one blog and one level. Exists only when it contains a post.

What You Get with the Blog

  • Separate blogs for each topic, each with a date and cover photo.
  • Take a photo directly from your phone or choose a photo, with automatic cropping and compression.
  • Name and description for each photo.
  • Reorder posts by dragging and merge one post into another.
  • Move an entire blog into another blog.
  • Public sharing page — no login required.
  • Collaborative editing with another user, for a specific blog only.

Create a New Blog

  1. Enter a Title

On the main screen, in the "New Blog" card, enter a title — for example "Trip to Greece October 2026".

  2. Choose a date

The date is filled in with today's date. You can change it.

  3. Click "+ Create blog"

  3. Share

"Share" opens the device's sharing window. Next to it: Copy link, WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, and email.

Only the owner can
delete the blog, move it to another blog, and manage who it is shared with.
Remove access
Click ✕ next to the email and confirm.

The user sees only the blog shared with them - not your other blogs. The email must exactly match the email they use to log in.

Tips for working with the blog

  • One post per day or location - easier to find and sort.
  • Give every image a name; this is what appears below it on the public page.
  • Created a post by mistake instead of an image? Merge it by dragging it onto the correct post.
  • On your phone, take photos directly from the camera; cropping and compression are done automatically.
  • Before sending a link, click the Share icon again to update the page.

How do I add a photo to an existing post?

Click the post in the list, then click "Take photo" or "Add photo to post" in the "Photos" card. "+ Add post" creates a new post.

How do I change the order of posts?

Drag a post to the top or bottom edge of another post until a blue line appears. The order is saved immediately.

How do I merge two posts?

Drag a post to the middle of another post until a green border appears, then confirm. The story and photos are moved, and the dragged post is deleted.

How do I share a blog with someone who does not have system access?

How do I let another user edit the blog?
